Non-Woven Wound Dressing

Non-Woven Wound Dressing

A non-woven adhesive wound dressing with a central absorbent pad, used to cover and protect small wounds.

Typical use

The soft non-woven backing sticks around the edges while the pad in the centre absorbs light drainage, so the wound is covered without the pad sticking to it. These dressings are used after minor surgery, on cuts and to protect IV or injection sites.

Before you order

Choose the size for your typical wounds, and confirm the packs are sterile and individually wrapped. Ask whether the backing is breathable and suits fragile skin, and check the expiry date on the box.
