Typical use
Cold applied for short periods helps limit swelling after sprains, bumps and some dental or surgical procedures. The wide opening makes it easy to fill with ice, and the soft fabric cover protects the skin from direct contact with the cold.

Check the bag diameter and capacity, the cap seal for leaks and the fabric cover. Ask whether the bag is intended for ice only or also for warm water, and how it should be cleaned between patients.
