Adjustable Neck Brace
An adjustable neck brace, a rigid cervical collar whose height can be set to support and limit movement of the neck.
Typical use
Cervical collars are fitted after a suspected neck injury to limit movement until the patient can be assessed and scanned. An adjustable model can be set to the length of the patient neck instead of needing several fixed sizes in stock.
Before you order
Confirm the size range the collar covers, whether it is for adult, child or both, and how the height is adjusted and locked. Ask about the chin support, the opening for the airway and the fastening, and whether it is radiolucent for imaging.
